HumbleGlow Collections — Store Policies (
(Tailored for handcrafted, small-batch soap & skincare)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@humbleglowcollections.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Refund & Return Policy
Because all HumbleGlow products are handcrafted, personal-care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we want you to have the best experience with us.
Returns are accepted only if:

The item arrived damaged,

The item arrived incorrect (wrong product), or

The item arrived defective (broken, leaking, severely cracked).
To request a return or exchange, email shop@HumbleGlowCollections.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Photo of the issue

A brief description of what happened
Once approved, you may be offered:

A replacement, or

Store credit, or
-
A refund (depending on the issue)
Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
2. Restocking Fee Policy
For eligible unopened returns (wrong item ordered, changed mind, etc.):
A 25% restocking fee applies to cover:

Product sanitation disposal

Packaging waste
-
Labor time
-
Inventory repackaging
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, your order may have already entered production or packing and can no longer be canceled.
4. Shipping Policy (USA & Canada)
HumbleGlow ships nationwide within the United States and to Canada.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
All orders ship within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
You will receive:

A tracking number (via USPS or UPS)
Lost Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered, HumbleGlow cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier directly for delivery investigations.
International Shipments (Canada)
Orders may take longer due to customs processing.
Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for:

Incorrect items
Because skincare is personal and hygiene-sensitive, we cannot exchange products due to scent preference or individual skin results.
6. Skin Sensitivity Notice
All products are handcrafted using premium organic oils, butters, botanicals, and active ingredients.
Please perform a patch test before full use.
HumbleGlow Collections is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
7. Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share personal information.
Your data is used only to:
