HumbleGlow Collections — Terms of Service

By purchasing from HumbleGlow Collections™, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. HumbleGlow is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

2. Product Use & Ingredient Responsibility

All ingredients are listed on each product page and label. It is the customer’s responsibility to review product ingredients prior to use and to perform a patch test if they have sensitive skin or known allergies.

3. Handmade Product Variations

All HumbleGlow products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, shape, and weight are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.

4. Final Sale on Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety, all opened or used products are final sale and non-returnable. This applies to orders in both the United States and Canada.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may already be in production or shipping preparation and cannot be canceled.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted for unopened products that meet our Return Policy criteria.

Opened items cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

HumbleGlow ships within the United States and Canada.

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Once a package is marked Delivered, HumbleGlow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to items that arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not exchange products based on scent preference or individual skin results.

9. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is used only to process orders and communicate updates.

We do not sell or share customer data.

All payments are encrypted and securely processed through Shopify.

10. Agreement to Policies

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all HumbleGlow policies, including:
